Starbrand and Nightmask tries incredibly hard to be good. Maybe a bit too hard. It fails miserably at being much of anything more than a dud. Two rather vanilla lead characters don't a great comic make. The only saving grace is a brief cameo by the one and only Doreen Green, Squirrel Girl!
